If you have a passion to take your restorative dentistry to the next level, then mimétika is for you.

Our year-long program is built to provide a strong scientific, evidence base to your clinical reasoning. With online lectures, regular Q&A sessions, peer-to-peer case presentations, hands on seminars and world-class invitational lecturers, this is a training program like no other. It will stretch you and cause you to reflect on what you do and why you do it.

With the knowledge you gain, you will be confident in diagnosis, in fundamentals like managing hard tissue defects and adhesion, in the appropriate use of fibres and in your options to restore directly or indirectly. Connecting you to a network of passionate, like-minded clinicians, your clinical practice will be elevated to the highest levels.

Learning objectives

  • Understand how to assess the biomechanics of teeth and the impact restorative dentistry can have.
  • Understand contemporary approaches to managing hard tissue defects – carious lesions, erosive and sclerotic lesions, structural defects and cracks into dentin.
  • Gain a deeper understanding of adhesion and learn protocols to maximise both the strength and durability of your bond to dental tissues.
  • Learn about the various fibres available to dentists and the most appropriate use of them in bio-inspired adhesive dentistry.
  • Become more confident in treatment planning for direct or indirect adhesive restorations.
